  • Elwyn Davies' journey to launching PixelHaze Academy started back in the late '90s when he built his first website at just 13. He co-founded a fast-growing digital media agency in 2004 before graduating from university. Over the years, he has taken on multiple roles, including small business owner, designer, front-end developer, and project manager. He has worked with businesses of all sizes and industries, continuously refining his expertise. If not in web design, he would likely have pursued a career in teaching, making the launch of PixelHaze Academy a natural progression in sharing his industry knowledge with aspiring designers and entrepreneurs.

    Elwyn founded PixelHaze Academy in 2019 as a dedicated training hub for designers and small business owners seeking to get their websites right the first time. Whether building from scratch with Squarespace or refining an existing site, his goal is to provide the tools and knowledge necessary for success—without unnecessary trial and error. He leads two to three live coaching sessions each week and works closely with those enrolled in the one-to-one or PixelHaze Power Pack programs to develop tailored growth strategies. When not coaching, he is busy developing training resources, software, and educational content for the PixelHaze YouTube channel, ensuring clients stay ahead in the ever-changing digital maze.

  • Ken Rees is the Creative Director at PixelHaze, bringing extensive experience in website design, branding, and graphic design. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standard. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs, he is committed to delivering exceptional results that exceed client expectations.

    Ken’s expertise extends to PixelHaze Academy’s popular 'Web Design Workshops,' where he demonstrates how to build high-quality websites with speed and efficiency. His ability to blend design and development ensures that clients receive excellent value without compromising on quality. He specializes in crafting dynamic, engaging, and user-friendly websites tailored to individual business needs.

    As an accomplished brand designer, Ken has a talent for creating compelling logos that capture the essence of a company or brand. He is skilled in illustration and animation, bringing websites and branding to life with engaging visuals.

    As our resident SEO specialist, Will is dedicated to enhancing our clients online visibility and increasing organic traffic to their websites. His technical knowledge and keen attention to detail have helped many clients achieve top rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs), and generate high-quality leads.

    With his extensive experience in technical support, Will is also responsible for providing expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. They have an incredible ability to solve complex issues and ensure that our clients' websites run smoothly.

    In addition to his technical support expertise, Will is also a skilled Squarespace plugin developer. They have created custom solutions that have streamlined our clients' website functionality (and our own) and improved the user experience for their visitors.

    Will is constantly staying up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing and website development; his commitment to ongoing learning and professional development means that they bring the most current and effective strategies to our team and clients.
